Pendo, the only platform to combine in-app messaging with robust product analytics and user feedback, today announced that TalentReef has won a Pendo Customer Award for Most Impactful Feedback Program.

“Our 2022 class of Pendo Customer Award winners have done incredible work with Pendo that has had a positive impact on their businesses and customers,” said Todd Olson, co-founder and CEO at Pendo. “Pendomonium is all about showcasing the innovative and impactful work that our customers are doing. Our executive team evaluates the companies’ creativity, innovation, and overall impact to determine honorees, and this year’s winners demonstrated the best of Pendo usage.”

The TalentReef team was honored to accept the award from Pendo CEO, Todd Olson.

This year, Pendo recognized customers across six categories: most strategic use of product analytics, most effective in-app guidance program, most impactful feedback program, business impact award, business efficiency award, and product-led organization of the year. Pendo also awarded a Founders’ Award and User of the Year.

TalentReef received recognition for using Pendo to first field a diverse panel of customers to utilize for user research, and then leverage them to get quick feedback on new product ideas. For the first study with the panel, time-to-recruit dropped from two weeks to less than three hours. And now, TalentReef has saved additional development time and money by keeping the team focused on building the solutions that have been validated with customers.
