Ross Berry
Chief Financial Officer
As TalentReef’s Chief Financial Officer, Ross Berry leads the company’s Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions. He also oversees Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. Ross partners with business leaders to ensure investments are aligned with the priorities of TalentReef by maximizing long term value and growth. Ross joined TalentReef in 2014.
Ross began his career in public accounting, including PwC, and worked in a number of privately held and publicly traded companies. After transitioning out of public accounting, Ross gained experience in the computer software industry, building expertise across business intelligence, SaaS, and finance sectors. Ross is an active volunteer in his community, assisting Meals on Wheels in Boulder, Colorado, with professional financial analysis. He served as a member on the Finance and Budget Committee of Wichita Children’s Home, as well as a member of the United Way Young Leaders Association, and was selected as a member of the Kansas Society of CPAs “20 up to 40” leadership program.
Ross received his Master of Business Administration, Accounting from Emporia State University. He holds a CPA license in the state of Colorado.
