A: We understand the value that 3rd party systems play as part of the entire employee lifecycle. At TalentReef we put a great deal of importance into seamlessly integrating those 3rd party systems into the hiring, onboarding and employee management process. We have standard system integrations with job boards to automatically post your jobs to the highest trafficked job boards, homeland security to manage the E-Verify process, state tax forms to maintain state by state compliance, and much more.
Additionally, we work with various customer specific vendors for Background Checks and Drug Screens, Worker Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), BI Tools, POS Systems, Payroll systems, etc., and continue to add integrations to our network to provide our customers a single platform that can manage the whole employee lifecycle.
Q: How do the right integrations save hiring managers and recruiters time and money?
A: We’ve worked with a number of different 3rd party providers to build preferred partnership pricing and help recommend the right partners for our customers based on their objectives. We’ve also built a large number of standard integrations with top providers in their respective industries to take the work off our customers’ hands. Whether they want to connect an existing provider into the TalentReef platform or are looking for a new partnership, our integrated solutions help streamline the setup and implementation.
Q: How does an open API benefit our users? Does it help with implementations as well?
A: A vast majority of our integrations are built on an open API framework which makes setup and implementation a breeze. Additionally, if there is a provider that we have not worked with in the past, we can typically work with our customers’ provider to build a new integration.
Q: Can TalentReef’s clients customize their talent management solution’s 3rd party integrations?
A: Typically, we recommend our standard integrations, however if there are custom integrations or customizations to our current integrations that are required, we will talk through the best approach for meeting your specific business needs.

A: The most essential 3rd party integrations to build a strong talent management solution are background checks and drug screens, if applicable, to ensure that you are hiring the right employee; Worker Opportunity Tax Creditswhich are typically not collected or optimized and can save a company a lot of money; and payroll integrations as it’s important to ensure that once you have onboarded an employee you can quickly get them automatically added into your system of record. With these three integrations, our typical customer can manage the entire employment lifecycle within the TalentReef platform in the most efficient effective manner.
