As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Joe is responsible for the company’s growth.
His focus is managing the strategic and operational growth of sales and client success within TalentReef, from building and scaling teams, setting go-to-market strategy all while delivering valuable outcomes for our customers.
Prior to TalentReef, Joe spent 10 years at IQNavigator leading customer care, account management, and implementation departments. He was directly responsible for global Fortune 500 project management and numerous successful HR software implementations.
Joe holds a BSBA in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
