Jamie Valpatic
SVP of Human Resources
As the Sr Vice President of Human Resources, Jamie leads the strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and engage talent for TalentReef. Our people are the strength of the TalentReef, and Jamie focuses on designing and implementing programs aligned to our core values and geared toward creating a positive employee experience.
Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, and joins TalentReef with over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. Most recently, she has been an HR Director overseeing talent management for Coalfire, a rapidly growing cybersecurity advisory firm. Prior to this, she held roles of increasing responsibility for Medtronic (formerly Covidien), culminating in her becoming HR Director of Manufacturing Operations for North America. Jamie’s previous career experiences were with firms including Leprino Foods, J.C. Penney Company, and Cardinal Health.
