Ben is the Executive Vice President of Operations at TalentReef, where he leads a large team of HCM software experts through Implementation, Activation, Training, and Change Management.
Ben is a 15 year veteran of high-growth, global implementation services where he spent 10 years working with John Raeder at his past HCM company – IQNavigator. Ben has been instrumental in achieving a 500% increase in annualized revenue run rate for the implementation team.
Ben holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Business School.
