John P. Raeder, Jr. is the Chairman of talentReef and a 20-year veteran in the Human Capital Management software industry.

John oversees talentReef's vision and culture, product strategy, and client commitment to value and business results.  Under John’s leadership beginning in 2012, talentReef has been completely transformed from its strategy, product innovations and HR platform, culture and values, and its financial performance and growth. As a result, the Company has attained the #1 market leader position for Social Recruiting and Talent Management systems across multiple Service Industry verticals. 

Before joining talentReef, John was the Founder and CEO of IQNavigator, the market-leading contingent workforce management solutions company from 1999-2009. During his tenure, he was responsible for scaling the company to hundreds of employees, introducing numerous "first to market" HR products and services, achieving 40% - 50% annualized revenue growth for 10 consecutive years. Ultimately, John led the M&A process and achieved top decile returns for his venture and private equity shareholders and sold the company for $143 Million to a tier one private equity fund. Additionally, he was part of the original Oracle HRMS Applications team.

John received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado. He continues to serve as a Trustee for the University and is actively involved as a cabinet member for CU Athletics. John and his family are the benefactors for the Raeder Technology Center at the University. He is actively engaged with the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO/WPO), and is a multiple business award winner: Denver Business Journal Forty Under 40, Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Supply Chain Magazine's Pro To Know, Deloitte's Fast 50, and Inc. 500's Fastest Growing Companies In The United States.
