Blaze Midwest, one of Blaze Pizza’s early franchisees, currently has four locations and 100+ employees in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, with expansion plans in the works. When Blaze Midwest opened the doors on their first Blaze Pizza locations, they had a few challenges when it came to recruiting and hiring their hourly workers — the paper applications turned into new hire paperwork that often had inconsistencies, the hiring process wasn’t finding the best candidates, and they were missing out on WOTC opportunities all because they weren’t automated.
