In just over ten years, A’viands has quickly grown into an organization with over 2600 employees in approximately 250 locations across 18 different states. With continued fast company growth, A’viands needed to automate their hiring processes and have a more efficient and trustworthy applicant tracking system. Prior to 2010, everything from applications and applicant tracking to new hire paperwork for A’viands was a manual process. With such a decentralized workforce across so many locations and managers with different skillsets, A’viands was concerned that their processes weren’t compliant throughout the applicant process.
